Let's Upkeep ("we", "us", "our") ships Ceylon cinnamon supplements and children's books to customers in the United States.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All prices are in USD. We ship to addresses within the United States only.

• All orders: FREE standard shipping, no minimum order required

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time: 5–7 business days after shipment

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours. You can also track your order from your account.

4. International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

5. Subscription Items

Subscribe & Save orders (for example, recurring Ceylon Cinnamon Softgels) are physical products that ship on each renewal according to this policy. See our Purchase options & cancellation policy for details on managing or cancelling a subscription.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Contact us at info@theletskeep.com with your order number and photos if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
