Purchase options & cancellation

This page explains how one-time purchases, bundles, and subscriptions work at Let's Upkeep, and how to cancel.

Purchase options

One-time purchase: you pay once for the item(s) in your cart. Orders ship according to our Shipping policy.
Bundles: quantity offers (for example our Build Your Book Bundle packs) are a one-time purchase of that quantity.
Subscription (Subscribe & Save): Ceylon Cinnamon Softgels can be purchased as a recurring subscription at a discount off the one-time price. If you check out on a subscription, your payment method is charged and a new pouch ships on each renewal at the price shown at checkout.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term unless a specific offer at checkout says otherwise.

Self-service: use the manage-subscription link in your order or renewal emails, or log in to your account and open your subscription details, to cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming order.
By email: write to info@theletskeep.com with your order number. We will cancel within 1–2 business days.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. That date is shown in your subscription details and renewal emails.

You can pause or skip an upcoming renewal from your subscription details, or by emailing us. You do not have to cancel if you only need a break.

Every order, including the first shipment of a subscription, is covered by our Return and refund policy (30 days from delivery, unused, original packaging).
If a renewal was charged before you meant to cancel and that order has not shipped yet, email us immediately, we will cancel that order and refund it.
