This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Let's Upkeep, operated by EVERBLOSSOM INC.

Unopened / sealed products

You may return an unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Proof of purchase is required.

Opened products — Satisfaction Guarantee

If you've tried the product and it's not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. No physical return is required for opened product. One guarantee redemption per household, per product.

Order cancellation

You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters fulfillment.

Shipping fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EU customers

If you're in the EU, you have a separate legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
